To contribute to the reduction in vulnerability to STD/HIV and to the impact of AIDS, by delivering appropriate, effective and sustainable responses in education and knowledge building within specific target communities

To strengthen the Capacity of the Implementing NGO Partner to implement the project, the Lead Partner undertakes to provide technical support to the implementing NGO Partner through workshops and one to one Technical Support.
